Date Format in Form help (From SP lookup Column)

Hello, 

 

I have an app where I am prepopulating the field with info from a lookup column. The formula works perfect with the title column but the date column comes out with a bunch of numbers. 

 

If you cant see the image, the formula is: 

 

{Id:varCurrentEvent.ID,
Value:varCurrentEvent.startDateTime}

    it either shows up as this or 13 digits...i want it to show the day, month, year and then time. Not sure why it is doing this 😞
