Can my app users run a flow with premium connectors from power apps

Hello, i have a powerapps application with a button that runs a flow. The flow was created with a per-flow plan license and uses premium connectors. All my user have an Office E3 license and Power Automate for Office 365. I want to know if they can run the flow without problem with the premium connector. Thanks.

    Power App triggered flows use the license of the app user so I believe they will all need a premium Power Apps license.
