Performance Issues and Action Limitations in Power Automate and SharePoint Integration

I have 2 questions

1: I have a flow in Power Automate that works in conjunction with SharePoint. This flow is triggered when a new item is created in a list. In this flow, I have a large number of actions as I evaluate various conditions. Recently, a warning message appeared stating "The flow has a large number of actions, so it may stop," and a "Slow Performance" message appears in the modification date. I would like to know if this depends on the plan I have.

2: When the flow has been running for too long (1 or 2 days), a situation occurs where the flow becomes "asleep" or inactive. Even though the status shows "running," the flow does not progress to the next action. I wonder if this situation is related to the previous issue or if there is a specific time limit for this type of situation.

Additional Information:

  • Plan: This flow runs on the owner plan.
  • Current Licenses Available: Power Automate Free, Power Automate for Office 365
