how can i give format to a excel table to make show a date in a edit form? or a drop down in a edit form?like the image added below (its an example i found on internet)

If you want to show one Excel table in Edit form, you need firstly save it to your one place such as One Drive and then add the connection.
Drop down is one control of PowerApps, if your column type is one choice type in SP list, and it will show dropdown automatically in PowerApps.However there is no this column type one excel table, you need to insert one dropdown control by mannul.
