Hello All,

A little background info, we have a process in place where employees will drop completed paperwork off to an office.  From here the office staff will process this paperwork.  The problem we're running into is the office staff are saying that the paperwork was not received.  So it turns into a "he said/she said" issue.  Would anyone have suggestions on what we could incorporate into our current power app to prevent this issue?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

The snarkiest way to handle this is to have the delivery person snap a picture of the person while they accept the package, or snap a pic of it in their "received" bin  which will have the timestamp of the photo and upload that pic through the app if it's a mobile one to a repository with the ID of the record associated with the data source record. Then when they claim that they didn't receive it, you can send them the picture of the culprit. or at least proof that your guy was there and attempted to deliver the package.  Also get the name of the person who accepts it, if possible.
Or, you can have the receiver sign a mobile device like Walmart delivery does. but I'm not sure how you'd do that in power apps.

Good luck.  I hate it when people blame their own lack of diligence on others, the picture thing makes it so both sides are "protected".
