any advice how I can sort this column in order by date?
Hi, add this to the "Item" property of the dropdown SortByColumns(DataSource,"Columnname", Ascending)
Do you have any way to incorporate Text with the numbers? for ex; what you recommended helps but still puts any of the items with "Mid" in the description last. is there any other recommendation on how I can manage these dates?
The first idea is to use Sort(DataSource,Right(Column,4),ascending) This will put a delegation warning on it, but will basically get the result you're looking for. The formula will basically sort the list based on the last 4 digits which will put the Mid year next to the "Naked" year.
