Offline Form Data Collection

I am currently trying to get my app working offline, I seem to be having a few problems. The is transferring data back to a SPlist the form has two dropdown boxes and 1 data selection field. I am getting a couple of errors and know for sure one is in the Date_DataCard8 value. I think I have the formula right but I'm not 100% sure. 

 

If(Connection.Connected,SubmitForm(Form4);Navigate('Submitted Form', Fade),Collect(Collection2, {Date: Date_DataCard8.value, CAI: DataCardValue62.Text, Field: DataCardValue63.Selected, Location:DataCardValue64.Text, Equipment Type: DataCardValue65.Selected, Description: DataCardValue66.Text})

    Hi @PowerAppHelp,

    What is the control of the date selection field? Date Picker?

    If so, please replace Date_DataCard8.value to Date_DataCard8.update.
