how to add clickable link in Approval body

Hi There,

 

Can anyone help me? 

 

I have created a flow which I need to add a clickable link in Approval Body. 

 

I tried to simply copy and paste the link but in EMail body of approval, it was displayed as text only.. 

 

How can I have a clickable link in email approval?

    Try to change the below contents in flow and check the result ::

    Use only HTML message - Yes
    Hide HTML message - Yes

     

    Or 

     

    Use only HTML message - No
    Hide HTML message - Yes
