I have a table in share point, I need to make sure that a limited list of people within the same access group has access to one of the columns. I want to do this with power apps integration. Is it possible? And if so, tell me in which direction I should look, I'm new to power apps.Thank you.
Hi @ruslan889901 ,
I'm afraid that SharePoint doesn't support column level security. I think this link will help you a lot:https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/sharepoint/sharepoint-online-column-level-permission/m-p/822319
Instead, you might be able to check the user's identity in the app by checking the user(). Email to hide some features.
Best Regards,
Bof
The way you suggested sounds good, but if I knew how to implement it, haha)
I've made a test for your reference:
1\Set the app's StartScreen property to:
If( User().Email in ["bof@xxxx.com","cof@xxx.com"], Screen1, Screen2 )
Then you can add different screens according to different users, so that all users can only see what you want them to see.
