Subtract Daily Ship Form from Inventory

I am trying to create a running total of inventory:

This is the starting inventory page, it will be updated when we buy supply or convert bags into totes

Starting InventoryStarting Inventory

This is where we edit the starting inventory for the purchases or changes. The patch equation updates the excel table that the above page pulls from.

This is the page that I would like to enter the QTYs shipped that day, once selecting save, I would like the next screen to update with the running total. The starting for each variety would pull from the above screens, and could be changed even after inventory is being shipped, however this running total will still need to include all previous daily shipments.

This the the screen where the running totals will show up

when daily form save button is selected, i would like it to subtract from these galleries like a running totalwhen daily form save button is selected, i would like it to subtract from these galleries like a running total

I am open to ways to change or set up the data source (Excel or a sharepoint list of daily shipments?) for the running total, I know this would be very easy in excel but that defeats the purpose of the power app! Thanks for any help or ideas!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

What you are trying to do it to bulk update records in PowerApps. You could refer to below blog about this. Both excel and SharePoint list can be the data source. You could just choose what is convenient for you.
