PowerApps Portal Visibility

Hi guys,

Please help me it is urgent.

 

I create PowerApps portal and set as private and added user, but I cannot view portal in web browser. I am also trying as public, When I set public, I can open portal in web browser, but another user can not open Please help me to find solution.
