Hello experts,

We have created a canvas app for users to make inspection reports for our organization. The user selects the appropriate fields, put comments, inserts pictures where necessary and finally submits. He has an option to save or send the form. (A report is generated through Power Automate and fills the word template with the information).

The below screen is one of the pages where the user clicks thumbs up or down and inserts pictures where necessary.

Question : The pictures when seen in the app looks perfect. But when it gets downloaded in the word template, it is blurry and the quality is bad. Any solutions to fix this?

P.S. The pictures are saved in Dataverse and the quality is fine.
