Connected through a Power Automate flow powerapps canvas popup message

Posted on by 37
Hello, im building a powrapps app in which I have some flows that uses an API key which i added and created the connection. Issue is that users are getting this popu message:
when they want to open the app, but i cant find the issue. I have currently 3 flows that uses this connection:
In two of them i am able to set the run only with the connetion reference i created:

Only the one that is not triggered from a powerapps action is the one i couldnt set like this.
Why am i still getting this pop up if everything is correctly set?
Thanks in advance!

@LessCodePaths, I'll try what you say of removing it from the solution which the app is, if that doesn't work, remove it from the env.
    I'll let you know!
Thank you so much for your help!

@IvoF definitely, you are right. It shouldn't work that way - I haven't use this OneFlow connection, but I would expect it to behave like another connections.

If I want it to summarize:
    Flows triggered from Power Apps:
    - OneFlow | Delete contract (Exemption)
    - OneFlow | Digitalsignature contract creation

Both have set Run-Only permissions as in the screenshot.

What connections are the the top, which are not shown on the picture?
All the components are in the same solution?
Have you tried to remove the flows with OneFlow connection from the app and tested that way?
Confirmation of Oneflow connection should be completely dissapeard. If not there might be wrong something.
Then check again if run-only permissions are set correctly and connect it to app.
Have you tried to delete connection from environment and created new connection (if it is not used anywhere else)?

@LessCodePaths, it prompts me to put the api credentials, and it shouldnt be that way since users dont know that

    hey

when the user gets the popup signs in ad clicks allow the thing should be ok.

it can be the case, when you make changes and republish the app, that users need to again allow the connections.
did you make any changes to the app and repubished it?

if my answer helped, please mark as verified answer,

    cheers
