Dynamics 365 Customer Self-Service PowerApps Portal Error

I am working on a self-service portal that is tied to our dynamics and when I create an invitation and that invitation is redeemed, the end user receives the following error.  Does anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this error so that redemption of invitations can be completed?
