As the title suggests, my invitation link isn't working when I click on the link through the email record in CRM.
I get the following error:
However, if I copy this link and paste it in a browser, it works fine. What am I missing here?
I'm also struggling with this. Even after making all the adjustments mentioned in this official Microsoft document, no emails ever go out to volunteers.
Please help!
@kensley do you see the email record created in CRM?
Hi @PowerAddict @kensley

Hi @ragavanrajan ,
I started getting the emails, so thanks a ton for that! However, my original issue still isn't resolved. The link from the email takes me to that localhost URL although the text in the email is the URL that I want to go to. And if I copy+paste that code from the email to a browser, it works perfectly fine.
Any ideas why?
Thanks,
Hardit
@ragavanrajan my apologies, I had the entire link in the "parameter" section, if that's the right way to put it. Thanks a lot for your help!
Sorry, the link in the email still doesn't work unless I copy the URL and past it in a browser window. What am I doing wrong? What information can I provide so you can identify the issue?
@ragavanrajan if this is how I set the email in my workflow:
The link in the email actually works fine but the invitation code gets embedded all messed up:
Can you please help identify what's wrong here?
I suspect you have either formatted the inner part of the hyperlink tag or pasted something in. The workflow editor supports rich text format and so it is possible to paste in additional html if copying from something that is an RTF source.
In a new paragraph try constructing the URL (and do not use the hyperlink tag), If the url works then try adding it into the hyperlink tag.
(If you do copy then paste what you copy into Notepad first to get rid of formatting)
Hi @PowerAddict ,
My apologies for the dealy in response. Hope you have followed @Fubar instructions.
