I know we can create users from the AD connector. But, What is the best way to automatically allocate Microsoft licenses like email and office36 and Visio, etc? To newly created user.

Trying to make onboarding automation here.

Take a look at this post

It suggests creating a group and assigning licenses to the group. Then, use a Flow to add users to the group.
