How to use distinct values when number of records in more than the data row limit

I am trying to fetch distinct 5000 values from one table in collection. But it is only returning the distinct result to first 2000 rows due to delegate issue.

"ClearCollect(MyCollection,Distinct(SortByColumns(emp,"modifiedon",SortOrder.Descending),empID))"

Also I am applying simple "IF" and it is also limiting the number of lines,.
How can I achieve  this.
Please help

    Hi , @preetiverma525

The Distinct() function do not support delegation in Power App side , if you want to extract all the distinct value in app , you may need to call flow to realize it.

Or you can add a second gallery to load the distinct value from the first gallery.

    Distinct('Gallery1Name'.AllItems,'DistinctColumnName')

Hi, Thanks for the prompt reply. I have applied this logic but my Gallery (hidden) is automatically showing only 100 records so distinct is now working only on 100 records.

How can I fetch full data in one go in hidden gallery (without paging).

    Hi , @preetiverma525

Based on my experience, there is currently no way to automatically load all the data in the Gallery when the data source is delegable.  So if you use this method , you need to manually scroll down the Gallery to get the whole data from your data source and it can not set visible in my thought.

If you want to auto get the data , i recommend you to use the flow instead.
