Leave Request: Request email is coming to me instead of email going to my Manager.

Do you want to use the Leave Request templeate app and change the mailing address?
You need to change the settings of Office365.SendEmail.
Change like this:
Office365.SendEmail("youremialaddress", "New Leave Request", First(EmailTemplate).Value, {Importance: "Normal", IsHtml: true});
