I have already replied to the same question you asked in a different topic. SQL does not support regex. Those are two separate languages and do not work together, regardless of what you use as a database.

I am taking this excel as input

I am using below sql query after connecting excel to as database, i need to filter out the rows whose A column starts with A.

SELECT * FROM [Sheet1$] WHERE [A] LIKE 'A%'%'%'

Result would be like this:
