Approvals with two office365 data bases

Hello, I have this situation, I have two differents data bases of two differents organizations. I get the response details and I take the email from it.

In each side I put a "Search for users (V2)", and each side is conected to a different Office365 account. (So I will find only in one side the email.)

I´d like to search that email and create an approval process, when I search for a valid user in the left side, it works ok and I can run the approval, but when I´m trying to run the approval in the right side with a valid user in that organization too, the flow doesn't work.

Help, thanks.

hi @Escorpion176  this is because approvals with just inside the organization, so to do it work you need to create an approval with a a user that are inside each organization.

    Hi @Escorpion176 ,

Please ensure that the domain name of the account used to create the connection of Search for users (V2) action is the same as that of the account currently logged in to Flow.

In this way, you can search for members in the organization, and members who meet this condition can be configured as approver in Approval action.

In addition, please ensure that the member's Email is a valid email address. You can add Compose action on Approval 2 to output Email and check if its value is valid.

    Best Regards,

Thank you, eveybody, I found a solution that is working for me, using "Send email with options" in each side.

So I connected each side to a different data base

    Hi @Escorpion176 ,

A good choice, which avoids the problem of only sending approval requests to members of the organization.

    Best Regards,
