I have a flow that I run on multiple VMs, and it works just fine on all of them expect for one specific VM. On this specific machine I'm having a problem where in the flow I'm using the "Move Mouse to Image" action, and for whatever reason PAD can't find the image on this specific VM. Before this specific action it seems to find OCR images fine, but when it comes to this specific action in this particular VM it hangs up and has trouble. Since it runs perfectly fine in the other VMs I'm at a loss as to what the problem could be. I have tried adjusting the screen resolution, and I've tried changing the RDP to other monitors, but still nothing. I've updated my OS and PAD to the latest versions. It used to be perfectly fine, and as I mentioned my flow works perfectly fine on other VMs, just not this VM in particular, so I don't know what to do. I don't want to change the action to use OCR, because I have a multitude of actions that use the image recognition, so I would like to continue using it if possible. Any ideas what I can do to check and try to resolve the issue?

I finally figured it out in case anybody ever has the same issue. Basically, the visual options for the OS was set differently in this particular VM, which caused the image recognition algorithm to not match properly.

If you go to Search -> Advanced system Settings -> Advanced -> Performance -> the settings for shadows under windows, show translucent selection rectangle and smooth edges of screen fonts creates different images in the UI, and if it's not exactly the same the image recognition engine in PAD won't pick up those changes. I understand why people say to use Image Matching in PAD as a last resort since it's so particular, but if you need to make sure the settings between machines are the same!
