have tested out same flow it works fine for me, the possible reason it not work for you because in mail column
of yours there is some chance of special characters, could you send us screenshot of excel sheet if possible.
please check the below screenshot as refrence
please check if your mail columns look similar to screenshot or not --- it have hyperlink formatting or not.
