Searchbar needs to search numbers and text

This is my items in my gallery. Filter only searches by numbers and the second only searches by the first letters when there could be two things in there like USA & JP. How do I get the searchbars to search the entire text instead of just the first characters?

You have to do an 'in' search. Since you are using starts with, it will only search the beginning of the item. See below in red.

Filter( CCB, If( IsBlank(ComboBox1.Selected.Result) || ComboBox1.Selected.Result = "All", true, 'Functional Area' in ComboBox1.SelectedItems ) && If( IsBlank(Filter.Text), true, Search(Filter.Text,'Requirement Source') ) && If( IsBlank(Search_.Text), true, Search(Search_.Text,Name) ) )
Note: start with always looking for the string to be at the beginning of the text.
