Unable to view extracted Information from AI

 I was in optional course Bring AI to your business with AI builder and in Step 3. Register a new library member with Identity Document Reader model step
 
i am unable to preview below highlighted section in power app canvas app

    Unable to view extracted Information from AI
    looks like a form
    check what's the default mode of the form
    I suppose it is Edit when you're in preview and there is no Item selected which the form should show then it shows nothing
    try to change it to New, then you'll see the form
    nevertheless, it depends on the use case whether my suggestion fits you
