I've been facing this problem in an application. This application is really big, contains like 30 Screens and multiple global variables, collection, etc.
When I modify a line in the OnStart code, the whole power apps tab freezes, or malfunctions. It needs some minutes to work normally. This is only happening in the OnStart.
Someone had this problem before? I'm just curious

As you can imagine, the bigger the App, the bigger the resources it needs. While I don't think that's a problem of microsoft's servers, it might be the memory on your own machine running low . . . Anyways it is a well kown fact that the bigger the code on the App.Onstart the lower the performance will be at least at the start, and even modifying it!
I myself haven't found any problems with this, but most of the times I will just split the bigger Apps into smaller ones to avoid those kind of problems with performance . . .
