Flow is being weird

I'm working on a flow and all of the sudden the flow is being messed up. I can restore my flow using version history (love that feature), but then magically actions changes to different actions. Like a ChatGPT call became a salesforce call. What's wrong? Server troubles at Microsoft's end?
