I am working on approval automated flow. It starts like this:
1) Fill in a form in Lists
2) Then it goes to approval stage ( yes or no)
3) An email will be ( no matter if approval was yes or no) to the individual who filled in the form.
The issue I am facing is with the approval stage.
I managed to adjust the form to have the name of the approval with a date. The approval of all the requests is 1 person, who is approving everything.
The first form was filled in and went smothly through the approval stage with no errors. I could see the name of the approval in the lists. However, when filling in second form in lists , the flow shows duplication error as the approval name already exists in the lists form and it does not go further.
Any ideas , how to overcome such issue ?
