How to make a logical OnVisible based on specific date rang or a specific month

I have 3 Different Date controls in my app.
HireDate
Started
Ended

Now I have a "warning label" that is supposed to react on 3 different scenarios.
- If HireDate doesnt start on the 1st of the month the warning label needs to become visible
- If Started doesnt start on the 1st of the month the warning label needs to becomes visible or if started is in February
- If Ended is February

I really have no idea what to do here to make the label visible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Push ,

Set the Visible property of the warning to:

Day(HireDate.SelectedDate) <> 1 || Day(Started.SelectedDate) <> 1 || Month(Started.SelectedDate) = 2 || Month(Ended.SelectedDate) = 2
Push 70 on at
