Observed Issue

Extreme delay in retrieval of SharePoint Document Library document records from SharePoint via PowerApps Canvas App.

The document records are created in SharePoint and then have certain properties set via an update action within a PowerAutomate Flow
There is a serious delay between the time at which the Flow run completes and when the document appears in SharePoint, and when said document record is retrieved by the Canvas app. This ranges from 12 to 30+ seconds, although usually lands in the 14-20 second range.
