Good Day,

I have a form that if referencing a SharePoint list and a column therein. The SharePoint Column has only got 3 available options in it (see below)

The problem I have is that on the form one of the options displays twice (Client/Prospective Visit) despite only being avaiable one on the choices.

Not sure why, but for some reason the form seems to "see" this other option.

Any thoughts/changes that anyone can think of?

Kind Regards,

    Hi @TheAvo1,

The duplicate option has slightly different text ("Client/Prospect Visit" vs "Client / Prospect Visit") - was the "Client / Prospect Visit" option a previous choice option which has since been removed?

If so, have you cleared the browser cache and tried again, to attempt to remove the old option?

    Hi @TheAvo1,

'Can add values manually' has been turned on. I suspect that one (or multiple) of your records has the fourth option selected - this may have been a previous option that was later deleted?

You can turn this checkbox off should this not be required - which will hide the fourth option within your dropdown (after refreshing the datasource in your app). You may want to check your data for inconsistencies & adjust accordingly.

If this solves your question, would you be so kind as to accept it as a solution.

    Thanks!
