Toggle query on list

Hi,

I have created a PowerApps form with edit and new item feature from the out of the box template.

This points to a SharePoint list. It currently retrieves all items.

Is it possible to add some sort of toggle feature which changes the default query, e.g. retrieves all items that have been completed

What would be the easiest way for me to do this?

Thank you for your time,

Ollie

    Yes.  If you have a toggle for such a query, then your Items property would become:

    Sort(
     Filter('ICT Request for Change Form',
     !yourToggle.Value || yourStatusColumn.Value = "Completed"
     ),
     'Proposed date/time of change', Descending
    )

    I hope this is helpful for you.
