Hello,
I have an app that I want external users with Gmail and Yahoo accounts to have access to.
Is there any known solution for this and how to go about it?

Hi @Virikefe ,
All users of Power Apps need an appropriate O365 licence either in their Tenant or yours. I would suspect these Gmail and Yahoo account holders do not have licences, so you would need to allocate them one of yours.

In other words, I could create a general account and give all users the same account credentials to enable them have access to the app.

That would be completely in breach of your licence conditions as each user requires a licence.
