How to send Teams msg notification to multiple members at the same time (without creating a Teams channel/group)

Hi Folks,

 

We have a requirement to send Teams msg notification to multiple members at the same time (without creating a Teams channel/group). We have a SharePoint list of members (Person type), and we need to send a Teams msg personally to them every day. Members in that list can be added/removed frequently.

I am picking up the user details:

But somehow I am not getting any notification. Any suggestion..

    Hi @rsinha ,

     

    you need to get the email address of the user not the "@mention".

     

    In the dynamic content you get from the "Get items" action, you should have an output which is called follows the following naming "[people picker column name] Email".

     

    Here an example where the people picker is in the "Owner" column.
