Auto response on a specific day - return wrong date

Hello, I hope you can help me fix my flow.

I am setting up an auto response for Tuesdays (my day off of the week). Somehow the auto response is sent on Wednesday (and maybe other day as well, as I was told). Maybe it's something to do with the timezone? Can you help me fix it?

Hello @Anonymous ,
your start time in the "Set up automatic replies" action must be formatted and converted in your right timezone.
So, for instance you can use this expression:
formatDateTime(convertTimeZone(utcNow(),'UTC','AUS Eastern Standard Time'),'MM-dd-yyyy')

Thank you for your response.
Sorry for asking more questions, I'm totally new at Power Automate. I put in the expression that you suggested and it returned invalid.
