HI,

I have an app where users need to complete an additional questions before the process is complete.

I have two users who cannot see their forms to be completed. 100's of user work as expected.

SortByColumns(Filter('Clinical Supervision',Email = User().Email, Status = Blank()),"ID",SortOrder.Descending)

A link is received via email once the initial conversation has been had with them to this above form.

They users will only be able to view their un-completed forms.  For two users they are unable to see any information for them.
I've checked AD and the emails in the SP list match the Email in AD.

Does "User().Email"  actually relate to the Email or does it use the UPN from AD??

    Hello @ClarkyPA365

    User().Email usually corresponds to the UPN but not sure with your case.

    Can you doublecheck that the user's email matches the one in your SharePoint list? Maybe add a label on the front screen that display's the current User().Email value. You then ask them to screenshot their screenshot so you see what's the email address reflecting on their end.

    hi @cha_cha

    I changed the formula to look at another field in my SP list ' Staff Name', in my Dev version

    I asked one of the users to try this and it's worked for them 😊

    Is there away I could use both checks in the one formula.  Staff Name and Email so they won't contradict each other??

    Hello @ClarkyPA365

    Good thinking there. Here's my recommended code structure.

    SortByColumn(
     Filter(
     'Clinical Supervision',
     Or(
     'Staff Name' = User().FullName,
     Email = User().Email
     ),
     Status = Blank()
     ),"ID"
     ,SortOrder.Descending
    )

    Hi @cha_cha

    So this will look at the Staff Name first and if it doesn't match will look at the Email?

    As it seems the majority of Email is working would there be any reason to switch the formula to Email first then Staff Name??  Or it won't matter??

    Hello @ClarkyPA365

    Yes, you can switch the order but it won't matter. As long as one condition matches, it will show up.

    Before doing this though, please double check staff that might have the same name in your organization as a precaution.

    Hi @cha_cha

    I've checked and there are few names the same.

    Can I add another check as it seems none of them work in the same location or department.
    I have columns, fields for these
