Hi There,
you can use a combination of Power Apps and Power Automate. Here's a high-level solution.
In Power Apps, build a Power App embedded within your SharePoint page. Within this app, allow users to set the filter parameters. Add a button that, when pressed, triggers a Power Automate flow and passes the filter parameters to it.
In Power Automate, start the flow with a Power Apps trigger. Take the filter parameters from Power Apps. Use the "Get items" SharePoint action to retrieve items based on the filter parameters.
You can either, use the "Create file" action to generate an Excel file in a SharePoint document library or OneDrive with the filtered data. Use Word connectors to populate a Word template with the filtered list items. Provide a link to download the generated file or notify the user once the process is completed.
After setting up both the Power App and the Power Automate flow, integrate them so that pressing the button in the Power App triggers the flow with the appropriate parameters.
Please give kudos and mark as solution if it helps.
Thanks,
