I have a MS forms that has three sections and multiple branching options so getting the responses extracted using Power Automate Flow has been difficult, so currently I am manually saving the response as PDF file and email them to a colleague.
I would like to automate this routine process. Here is my process:
When a MS Form is submitted, launch MS Forms web
Go to the form
Go to responses tab
Click on View Results
Go to the last form submitted
Click on the ellipses (two options - delete or print)
Click on Print responses
Print to PDF (location can be SharePoint or a folder on work network)
Email the PDF file to a specific email address.
Is this possible using PAD?
