I’m afraid that it might be default that an approval email will be sent from the account maccount@microsoft.com when using the action “Start an approval”.
Currently it is not possible to change the From email address to account from which flow is running, please consider to create a request at Flow ideas Forum, I will help report and collect it from my side.https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas
