Problem for send adaptive card to body mail

Hello guys,
 
i have a problem for send a adative card by mail. i don't have problem for post in Teams channel, but i don't find the good syntax for mail
 
I have try past my adaptive card in body mail without good result, maybe i need tu put another code ?
 
 
Another issue, for adaptive card in mail, i need a special target version ? (V1.0 - V1.6) on https://adaptivecards.io/designer/ ?

    i try with basic adaptive card from https://adaptivecards.io/designer/
     
    i can't copy the code to the forum (blocked)
     
    i have put tghe code in a compose
