I have created a flow that sends an email to an owners of records of D365 .

I don't want Emails to be sent to actual users of D365 while we are testing a Flow in Sandbox environment.

Anyone please help me over this?

    Hi @Anonymous

Set a variable in your flow to true or false depening upon the environment the flow is pointing to

Then before the send email action, check if variable is true or false and accordingly send emails

Thanks @RezaDorrani . This is good idea. But i wanted to know, is there is anything like in D365.

For example in D365 if we remove "Email Server Profiles" then emails will not be delivered to actual users. Whereas we can see generated emails in Activities.

By this way we can make sure that Emails are generating perfectly while testing.

To make it clear, actually i want emails to be generated from Flow but should not be delivered to actual users while testing.

    Hello,

When I am doing Dev work I usually have the emails sent to myself.

A compose shape can be added just to make sure the email address is getting generated properly. But instead of using the compose output in the email action. Just put your own email.

Thank you @Jcook . Currently even i am doing same for testing (Hard-coding to my own Email address ).

I wonder if there is any way like in D365 to stop delivery of emails to actual users.
