I want to change the items displayed in the gallery according to the users who are signed in to Power Apps.

I have data sources taken from two SharePoint lists (List A and Manager list).

Current Specifications:
When you select one "Team" from the drop-down list, the data of the selected team (the data in List A) will be displayed in the gallery.

In the drop-down list, you can only select the teams you are a member of (e.g. the team you are a manager of or the team you have submitted reports to).
User 1 can only select "Z", while User 2 can select "Z", "X", and "Y".

Goals:

I want to switch the view depending on whether the user is a team manager or not.

Specifically,

1) If the user is the manager of the team selected in the drop-down list, all of the team's data will be displayed.

2) If the user is not the manager of the team selected in the drop-down list, only the data created by him/her will be displayed.

Now I'm using the formula that this community taught me before to switch the gallery view, but there was one problem.

Solved: Re: Change the items displayed in the gallery acco... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

In this formula, if you are the manager of multiple teams, such as User2, all data for the second and subsequent teams will not be displayed.

If user 2 selects team "Z" in the drop-down list, all data will be displayed, but if user 2 selects team "Y", nothing will be displayed.

With(
 {
 wTeam:
 Lookup(
 ManagerList,
 YourUserField=User().FullName
 ).team
 },
 Filter(
 ListA,
 (
 YourUserField = User().FullName &&
 team = ddName.Selected.xxxx
 ) ||
 team=wTeam
 )
)

Probably because I am only getting one team (team "Z" only) in the "LookUp()" part, but I don't know how to change this formula.

If you have any good ideas, could you please let me know?

I’m sorry to ask you to do such a favor, but please take good care of us.

Best regards,

Lopez
