Power Automate - Using Connectors

All the company flows are down due to Word Online Connector (premium)

Hi,

I'm using Power Automate to generate Word documents based on SharePoint item lists, using the Word Online Connector.

It worked well for months and now they are all down for "billing issues" but I haven't change anything. I removed all the connectors and it appears to work when I remove the Word Online connector.

We have an E3 license, any idea why it broke ?

    Hello,

Word Online is a premium connector and require power apps or power automate license

    Documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/wordonlinebusiness/

    Licensing Guide: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2085130

It can be possible that the user under the context of which the flow was running lost the power automate or power apps license or it got expired, due to which flow started failing.

    Hope this helps !
