Approval flow failing

It's my first time using power automate and I am trying to create an approvals flow. I keep getting this error on the 'Wait for an approval' card. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @DC_1225 ,

     

    The 'wait for approval' action should be in the 'For each' action.
