Form to create multiple items into a single list (One "Parent", others dependent on a multiple-choice field)

Hello all,

Once again I need your help building my flow:

I have Form A - this form has a Multiple Choice question called "Contracts".

After submitting this form, List A should have one "Parent" Item named "Joiner", and multiple separate items for each chosen "Contract" acting as tasks to be performed.

Example:

Form A - Joiner "John Doe" will have Contract 1, Contract 3 and Contract 6

after submitting

List A (4 separate items are created):

1.) Joiner Item for "John Doe"

2.) Account Item for Contract 1

3.) Account Item for Contract 3

4.) Account Item for Contract 6

Can anyone please assist me?

Thank you in advance,

Nuno T

Is this a Microsoft Form or a SharePoint form?

    Hi there,

First, you'll get your joiner, and create an item. That'll be separate from the other items. It sounds like that is standard, static data.

Your trigger is your form of course, and then you use the "Get response details".

After that, use a Compose and use the expression json() - between the two brackets, use dynamic content to point it to the multiple choice field on your form.

After that, you can use an Apply to Each and point it at the output from your Compose. You will be able to create one item per choice from there.
