network error using patch function

hello, my apps was doing really fine. but then i publish it and share it with another user. but when they input the data it shows this  :

why the apps cant function well after that? my database was is excel, and i cant use another because sahrepoint list only can contain not much data, i have +- 1090 data. please help

    For this error, there might be some issues related to permission, connection, etc...

    1. This occurs whern the record you are trying to add/update does not exist in the data source.

    2. Connection to the data source is lost

    The data does exist, i tried it before and it running smoothly. But when i tried published it and sharing it, it got error. Maybe the problem is with the connection data to the data source. How do i connect it again?? I tried refresh it, but it's still doesnt work
