Hi.

I'm watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZdngrwWsqA

to be able to export my gallery to csv, only I can't transform my current filter into the gallery, which is this:

JamtMaster_0-1666895989027.png

SortByColumns(
Search(
 Filter(Ideas;
 IsEmpty(ddTurno.Selected.Value) || IsBlank(ddTurno.Selected.Value) || Turno = ddTurno.Selected.Value;
 IsEmpty(ddEstatus.Selected.Value) || IsBlank(ddEstatus.Selected.Value) || Estatus.Value = ddEstatus.Selected.Value;
 IsEmpty(ddDepartamento.Selected.Result) || IsBlank(ddDepartamento.Selected.Result) || Departamento = ddDepartamento.Selected.Result;
 Fecha >= DateInicial.SelectedDate && Fecha <= DateFinal.SelectedDate
 )

 ;txtFiltro.Text;"{Name}";"Codigo");"Fecha";Descending)

To the section where the flow will filter the results, which would be here:

MFlow.Run(User().Email;"startswith(Title,'"&txtFiltro.Text&"')");;

    @RezaDorrani I saw another of your videos where you used substringof which I understand would be the current way I use to filter instead of startswith but in my case, my flow does not recognize the substringof command

    Hi @JamtMaster ,

    You could get a table directly in a flow by converting the table into a json string. Please try:

    • Convert the table into a JSON string in canvas app.
    • Use the json function to parse the table in flow.

    I've made a test for your reference:

    In Canvas  APP:

    Flowname.Run(JSON(CollectonName))

    Result:

    Best Regards,

    Bof

    @v-bofeng-msft

    I tried it that way but for some reason it does not recognize a crucial field that is the Status column, I came to think that it is because the status column is a choice column but the other choice columns are displayed without problem. That is the output result from compose:

    {"AreaImpacto":{"Value":"Seguridad"},"AreaImplementacion":{"Value":"General"},"Author":{"Claims":"i:0#.f|membership|julio.mejia5@jaguar.com","Department":"IT","DisplayName":"Mejia, Julio","Email":"Julio.Mejia5@jaguar.com","JobTitle":"Computer Support Technician"},"Canjeado":250,"Clasificacion":{"Value":"Idea de Mejora"},"Codigo":"70383","Created":"2022-10-19T14:18:51.000Z","Departamento":"Inf Technology","Disponible":"79750.0000000000","Editor":{"Claims":"i:0#.f|membership|julio.mejia5@jaguar.com","Department":"IT","DisplayName":"Mejia, Julio","Email":"Julio.Mejia5@jaguar.com","JobTitle":"Computer Support Technician"},"HappyPuntos":80000,"ID":1,"Modified":"2022-10-23T17:26:06.000Z","Title":"Julio Angel Mejia Tejada","Turno":"B","sActual":"Los relojes de ponches estan dentro de unos cajones que dificulta su manipulacion cuando se requiere dar mantenimiento","sDespues":"Los relojes de Ponche estaran descubiertos y con un UPS para prevenir fallos electricos tras un apagon","{FilenameWithExtension}":"Julio Angel Mejia Tejada","{FullPath}":"Lists/Ideas/1_.000","{HasAttachments}":false,"{Identifier}":"Lists%252fIdeas%252f1_.000","{IsFolder}":false,"{Link}":"https://jaguar.sharepoint.com/sites/AngelSite/_layouts/15/listform.aspx?PageType=4&ListId=f5ab88be%2D4e27%2D49b9%2D923c%2Df9ee427e4d05&ID=1&ContentTypeID=0x01004CB632964670EA4E8A4F45C5C934427E","{Name}":"Julio Angel Mejia Tejada","{Path}":"Lists/Ideas/","{Thumbnail}":{"Large":null,"Medium":null,"Small":null},"{VersionNumber}":"1.0"}]

    In the fields that indicate red, the status column is not displayed and that is why I tried with the reza method, look:

    Using this structure is the only way so far where I can export what I filter in my gallery satisfactorily with the big problem that the columns are exported to me in alphabetical order and not in the order in which they are in the code that is how i need it to be exported:

    Clear(colIdeas);;

    ForAll(DIdeas.AllItems;
    Collect(colIdeas;

    {
     Fecha : ThisRecord.Fecha.Text;
     Codigo : ThisRecord.Codigo;
     Nombre : ThisRecord.'Nombre (Title)';
     Departamento : ThisRecord.Departamento;
     Turno : ThisRecord.Turno;
     Categoria : ThisRecord.AreaImplementacion.Value;
     Area_Impacto : ThisRecord.AreaImpacto.Value;
     Clasificacion : ThisRecord.Clasificacion.Value;
     Actualmente : ThisRecord.sActual;
     Despues : ThisRecord.sDespues;
     Estatus : ThisRecord.Estatus_1.Text;
     Happy_Puntos : ThisRecord.HappyPuntos;
     Canjeado : ThisRecord.Canjeado;
     Disponible : ThisRecord.Disponible
    }
    )
    );;
     //DIdeas.AllItems,
    Set(
     _url;
     Excel.Run(JSON(colIdeas; "GI")).url);;
    Launch(_url & "?download=1")
