Premium conector changed for Powerapps/Powerautomate

Hi all !

I encountered an issue with an app I've been working on for some time.

To be simple, the user fill in informations, and when everything is ready, the user initiates a flow with a button.

Among other things, this flow populates a document using the Word Online (Business) connector, saves it in my SP and send a mail with this document as an attachement.

But since last thursday, my app became premium and users can't have acces to it anymore.

I don't have a premium account and I know the Word Online connector is premium but as it was used in the flow and not directly in the apps, it always worked without any problem (same as other flows doing the same thing)

But now all those aps became premium, and I can't have a flow populating a word document now

Are there any solutions or reasons why it suddenly changed ?

Can you check the 'Run only users' on the flow?
As you are using a premium connector, you will need an account with a premium connector to run the flow. You can do this a few ways but I usually have a service account with premium licence then add this user to be the one who runs the flow. Everytime the flow is triggered it will be run with this account. Meaning that not every user requires the premium licence.

I don't have this section on my flow, and until now it worked like a charm without any premium account...
By doing so, the email would be sent by this account, right ?

Hi,

I actually went through the similar problem. I removed the premium connector but it still asked users for premium account. The fix for me was I exported the app to .zip, then unzipped it and opened up .json file.
Then I removed a part of this code, Ill leave it here:

"databaseReferences": { "default.cds": { "databaseDetails": { "referenceType": "Environmental", "environmentName": "default.cds" }, "dataSources": { "43b0dc67-68af-47ae-9a9c-9e69d396ba3e": { "entitySetName": "msdyn_aimodels", "logicalName": "msdyn_aimodel" } } } }
The correct code should look like this:
"databaseReferences": {}
Then saved the file and zipped it and imported it back to the Power Apps and my app was back with the standard license. You might as well try to restore older versions of your app while it was working.

Thanks, but the code is already "databaseReferences": {}
I tried restoring older versions but it doesn't work, when I add the flow the app become premium again
