Flows keep failing

Hi,

I keep running into issues with Flows that were working fine.

We use Sharepoint lists, forms and power automate flows. Some of the recent issues I've run into are.
1) Flows just never triggering.
2) One flow, which was triggered by a new item on a Sharepoint list, would not always run. You had to wait a few minutes in between each Sharepoint entry. This is very tedious if you want to add 10 new items.
3) On another Sharepoint list, no matter how many new entries were added since the flow last run, it would only run once and update all the Sharepoint entries with this one flows details.

Deleting and recreating the trigger on these issues resolved the problems. This is not great for any important issues we are trying to automate.

Is this just where Power Automate is right now? Or am I doing something stupid?

We have access to Azure Logic Apps / Runbooks, are these more reliable?

Thanks for any assistance
Dave

First, do you have any formulas entered in the "Trigger conditions"? Click on the 3 dots in the upper-right corner of the Action, then scroll to the bottom. A trigger condition that is not met will suppress execution, and it not show that it was even tried. (I wish that it would show in the run history that it at least tried.)

Next, many times it will take about 3 minutes to get the running flow to show in the Run History. If you're on a shared tenant, it could take longer. This isn't great, and it is where we are with PA.

Finally, the rest of your descriptions need to be troubleshot, and require more knowledge about what is happening. Feel free to share your actions in the Flow, and we can discuss what might be happening.

I'll add one thing to @abc 123 comments. In the Trigger settings there is a Split ON property. This controls whether the flow fires for each new item or fires once for a number of items entered at about the same time (within 5 minutes).  When Split On is disabled you will receive an array of items from the trigger instead of just one. This is what seems to be happening in your #3.

To the best of my knowledge I have never modified any of the triggers with any conditions, but it is something I will look for next time I run into an issue.
I've fixed these flows now by deleting and recreating the triggers, so I cannot provide more information by trouble shooting them. Next time it happens I'll raise another post and detail what I've done.
