Microsoft form upload file and show URL details in excel

Hi 

 

What is the best way to show an upload file link from Microsoft form in excel. 

 

Currently it is showing as text and the URL is within the long text provided.and shows an error when I try to load in address bar.

 

I have seen posts about parson json. Can anyone explain how to do this very simply?
