Can I create a POWER BI dashboard connected to an external data source (api) and have it operate inside of a Power App environment, and offer this as a SAAS product?

Or can I do that directly in Power Apps? Connect via API to a financial data stream designing my own dashboard in power apps and offering that as a SAAS service to commercial clients in the cloud?

Or is power apps only available for within corporate environments?
